Stack Little Wins

Terms

Last updated 9 August 2026

Stack Little Wins is a small project run by one person. These terms are short because the service is simple, and honest because there is no reason for them not to be.

You must be 18 or older to use Stack Little Wins. The app is built around the number on a scale, and that is not the right tool to hand a child. If you are under 18, please don't create an account. If you have one, delete it in Settings, or write to me and I'll do it.

Not medical advice

This is a tracker and a motivation tool, not a medical device, and nothing it shows you is medical advice. Milestones, healthy-weight references, BMI bands, and pace estimates are arithmetic, not a clinical opinion, and they know nothing about your health, your history, or your medication. Talk to a doctor about your weight, your goal, and how fast you intend to get there. If you have or have had a disordered relationship with food or with the scale, please talk to someone before using an app that celebrates weight loss.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login. Give the app honest numbers, since it can only reflect what you enter. Don't use the service to break the law, to attack the infrastructure, or to hammer the API.

Your data is yours. What is kept and where it lives is set out in the privacy page. You can delete everything yourself in Settings, at any time, without asking.

No promises

The service is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, lose data, or be discontinued. I back things up and I take it seriously, but this is one person and a hosting bill, not an enterprise with an uptime guarantee, so please keep your own copy of anything you would be sad to lose. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from using it.

I may change the service or these terms. If something significant changes, the date at the top changes and it will be said in the app rather than quietly edited in here. Accounts that break these terms can be closed.

Getting in touch

Use the "Tell me something" button inside the app. It reaches me directly.
